This venue exceeded our luxurious expectations with exclusive amenities and excellent room advantages, such as spacious and modern decor. the Restaurant offered an exceptional breakfast with various options. the central location made it perfect for exploring the city's attractions.

The service wasn't as expected and failed to fulfill our requests promptly, even with exclusive private facilities.

I booked a junior suite at seyhan hotel but they are short of the suites so we stay in a regular room but they charged as a junior suite rate. So I can say that reservation system doesn t work on seyhan hotel.

Staff was not kind. Don't expect much for a 5 starts.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city. It made it easy for us to explore and visit nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for places to visit and eat in the area.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. The room we stayed in had a strong odor and the bed sheets were not properly cleaned.

The rooms were spacious and well done. Good bathrooms.

The swimming pool was not in operation. There were lot of road works / Metro works going on in front of the hotel and there was barely any space in front of the hotel. The approach road to hotel is so cramped up, I actually thought the taxi driver is taking the wrong route.

Location is good. Close to city center. The shops and restaurants in walking distance. One of the important street "Ziya Pasa bulvari" 10 min. Breakfast is nice, rich and clean.

The bed was not very confortable. It is stated as 5 star hotel but it is maksimum 3 start or less.

Very helpful staff, wonderful swimming pools and SPA, excellent breakfast, clean and well-organized rooms, fast wifi connection, free parking.

Excellent suites, and great outdoor restaurant by the pool with good food. Also excellent breakfast with good selection, which opened early in the morning (5 AM).

Much noise from the wedding on the floor above (We stayed in the top guest floor).

Good location, many shops in the area, elegant and well equipped rooms, rich breakfast, great pools and saunas.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was clean and well organized, with excellent facilities including a decent gym. The staff were pleasant, attentive, and professional at all times. The breakfast provided was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the city and within walking distance to popular attractions such as the Sabanci Mosque and Merkez Park. The hotel also had a great pool and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. We were very impressed with this hotel in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, breakfast, and staff.

Not obvious to find.

Nice hotel with good facilities. One of the best things was the outdoor swimmingpool area where you could relax in the sun. Nice and friendly staff

The cleaning was not totally up to date. Seemed like they were not sure of when we should leave. One day we had to ask for cleaning. Cleaning was ok when finally done. The beds was a bit hard.

this hotel should not be 5 star hotel , the room so old and there was moisture smell and they give us one of the rooms smoking and we booked non smoking, and the A/c was not working well.

Some guests noted a lack of hot water in the shower, which can be frustrating for those looking for a hot and relaxing shower experience.

The hotel was dirty..especially the towel and bed...
